Well, I am here to tell you that it is possible. We all have our own pace and rhythm of how we move through our lives, whether it’s working, decision-making, relationships, and money. I want to help you understand your natural rhythm, take the shame out of it, and use that to inform you on how to build a healthy relationship with money.

Rhythm of Money not only gives you structure, accountability, and consistency in managing your finances but also a community to hold each other through it all.
Here’s everything that is included in your membership:
ONLINE COURSES
Set yourself up for success by diving deep into the heart of personal finance, business finance, and money mindset through a series of self-study courses that you can take at your own pace.
MONTHLY CONTENT
Every month, we will hold inquiry and space for a money-related theme. You will receive audio and/or video recordings to inspire awareness and transformation. Some themes surround: ancestral trauma and generational learnings, money and work, financial freedom, money and spirituality.
EXPERT GUIDANCE
I offer coaching and mentorship through the private community so that you can be supported as you work through the monthly content, financial reviews, and integration.
FINANCIAL REVIEW CALLS
In the first week of each month, we look at last month’s finances, talk about what happened and how that impacted our finances and our lives. We celebrate our success and make changes to our financial plan if needed.
MIGHTY NETWORKS COMMUNITY
Full access to a private community of like-minded women who are all committed to transforming their finances and who would love to share ideas, talk about money, and help you in your journey. There is an option to join accountability pods and other groups.
INTEGRATION CALLS
We use our last week of the month to integrate the learnings, content, and guidance.
My Program is Based on the Principles of the
Intentional Money Method
Liberate.
We identify, explore, and release the stories from our childhood and past that have kept us feeling disempowered with money. Our stories can come from generational trauma, things that our parents told us about money, oppressive systems, and experiences that informed us that we aren’t good with money.
Activate.
We check-in with our desired money relationship and start looking at it from a more tangible perspective. How do we incorporate our new way of being with money into practice? We look at old money practices and gain more awareness on what we want to carry with us into the future. We then build a financial plan to align with our money rhythm.
Engage.
We move into our desired money relationship and make that feel possible not just in our minds but in our bodies. We align with the relationship we want to have with our money and create practices around that relationship that help us become more connected and intentional. We design our money rhythm.
Commit.
Now we get to the fun part of putting it all in action and living in our money rhythm. We take our money plan and start applying it to our everyday financial life. We continue letting go of our old money stories and allowing our new money rhythm to guide our decisions in an empowering way.
